Anyone know what kind of mount this is?

Got this recently, not sure who makes this, all I know it's 30mm and the left side of the rings are hinged to pivot.

Any ideas of who makes this?

I don't really think it is just because the guy I got it from pretty much just had AI Chassis, badger ordnance, nightforce and USO. He really never had any cheap stuff.
I could be wrong though.
