Looking to buy a sheet of it for a project utilizing different sizes (hence the desire to buy a larger piece). Any other suggestions would also be greatly appreciated.
Anyone know what type of plastic Armeggedon Gear is using on their data card arm holder?

I don't know what Armageddon Gear uses, but I'd suggest a clear polycarbonate film in .010" - .015" thickness. Relatively inexpensive, try McMaster-Carr, about $5 for a 24"x24" sheet. The matte texture will hide smudges and glare.
