Brian at Werner Arms is a good guy. He has lots of my money.
Also Atomic Tactical and Matt D Tactical.
I have used Matt D., good guy. I have not used Atomic, but have emailed with them in the past.

Not that it helps you, but VLTOR was at the Phoenix SAR Show this past weekend and selling them for $150 OTD.....I should have got one.
