Anyone make an aftermarket low scope rail for a pre 2014 AIAX338?

20 or 30 moa would be perfect. I removed the handguard rail to drop the scope some, but would really like the scope even lower.

I believe the rail on the action is glued and screwed, and I dont believe it comes off. Ive never heard of anyone swapping or even removing one.
