Rifle Scopes Anyone making a throw lever for the US Optics 1-8?

I have a USO SR8 on the way for 3-Gun use this season. I'm trying to find a throw lever that will fit it with no luck. Does anyone know of one that fits? I may have to go with the old break-away coaster, but I am concerned that the knob may be too big to allow full rotation.

I need to get this solved quickly... I have a competition every weekend this month!
