Depending on the rifle, I can usually go 3ish cycles before a shoulder bump is necessary.
I use a Dillon 550b and I have a 'sizing' toolhead set up for 223 and 308. I have a body die in station 3, my first bushing neck sizer is in station 4, minus the decapping stem and containing a step down bushing. Finially, I'll yank the kickout wire and put a second bushing neck sizer with my final bushing in station 1. This is where I punch the spent primers out and reprime.
With one pull of the handle, I'm doing three sizing steps, so bumping the shoulder back is easy, but for the hassle of lubing and delubing.
I'm bumping more frequently, now, I guess is my point.
