Maggie’s Anyone on the Hide from Brownells?

As with many folks, Brownells screwed up my logon and can't figure out how to reset it. (They have my proper email address, etc.)

Is there anyone from Brownells on the 'Hide?

These guys are annoying the hell out of me with their lack of actual technical support...

And honestly, I try to buy from Midway vs. Brownell’s whenever possible mostly because they fucked me on a couple orders several years ago, but also because of their relationship with ARF…their BOD is largely responsible for the ironically anti-gun and anti-American rhetoric over there.

Though Brownells does have a really nice Trigger Tech AR trigger made just for them; I have it in a few of my rifles and it’s quite nice.

Midway has always been solid for me. Only bought one or two items from Brownells.

Same email. They seemed to have totally nuked my account when they did the website migration.

So, have you tried the “reset password” thingy? If you don’t get a reset email, then you are like me and your acct was totally nuked. Just create again and reapply for vet discount..yeah, again.

Midway generally has the worst pricing and least reliable shipping in the industry in my experience.

I was able to buy a case of 6arc ELDM from Brownells using "as a guest" mode. They were significantly better with shipping...

I’ve had the complete opposite experience. And the one thing that got lost was replaced immediately, once the original order showed up, they paid to have it send back

I'm still waiting on Brownells to answer a question I asked them on a product... twice now. Still no answer as of tonight.

In the interest of not being 100% of a "Debbie downer", I do enjoy the gunsmith videos they sponsor and the purchases that I have made with them have gone through quickly (and successfully). But for now- I'm a bit sour on them with their lack of response (especially after following up a 2nd time).
