Tried some Sierra 168 gr. HPBT with 42.5 grains of IMR4895.New Federal brass and 210M primers. Accuracy was very impressive but I noticed the primers showed some signs of pressure.

Anyone found a better formula?

Federal primers are soft, try Russian Large Magnum primers more are harder ( the mag just means it has a brass cup)and the are more consistant. I have a R93 and have 10 K rounds thru it, a some cratering of the primer especially Federal is SOP, of course there are degrees of cratering. Switching to a harder primer will take care of it to some extent.
