Anyone Running A SEI "Good Iron" Brake For 5.56mm

Looking for input from users who have actually mounted the "Good Iron" brake on their AR. I know the JP is what everyone usually recommends. As I understand it, some competitive shooting groups limit the diameter of what they consider "Legal" for their events. Could someone provide an unbiased comparison between the SEI and the "Small Diameter JP"?
