Anyone running a thread adapter in Sako TRG 22?

So, as popular as this rifle is there isn't anyone using a thread adapter to turn the European thread pitch to an American Standard thread pitch? Is there some reason that this can't be done that I don't know of? Or, are all of you using BA suppressors? All of my suppressors are direct thread. So, it's either buy another suppressor with a brake to attach it to or cut the barrel down. Neither are exactly cheap options but the latter would be cheapest at the expense of of some of the barrel.

Since m18x1 is larger then 5/8 it will need more then just a bushing. There is no reason why you couldn't though.

You might consider threading the barrel to a 5/8x24 though, the less parts the better when it comes to cans. I had one baffle strike when I tried to do something similar. I let a friend put my can on and it didn't seat all the way b/c of a little powder fowling or something. Anyways he put it on and shot part of the end of my can off. I probably would have happened anyways, but your improving your odds by adding another point of failure.
