Anyone seen or heard of the plastic gen1 RPR bolt shroud breaking?

I know there are a few replacements, but has anyone actually seen or heard of one breaking. Talked with a few owners of the Gen1, and not one of us has ever had an issue or heard of one breaking.

Is it a hypothetical weak point, or one that is weak and it's just a matter of time? (for the few matches I shoot a year, I always bring a backup gun)

Mine actually fell off my bolt while cycling it during dry fire and would never stay on after that...it was also on a Gen 1 RPR. Bought a new aluminum shroud and bolt handle from LRI and in perfect condition after almost 2K rounds down the pipe.
