Anyone shoot the Rem 700 AAC .223 16.5" rifle at 600 yards?

What type of velocity are you getting and is it enough to get you out to 600 yards with its 1/9 twist and an AICS length round?

dont have the aac but have a 223 rem 1/9 i chopped to 16.5" and have ran it to 600 with no problem. 69smk uver 24.5gr varget gets 2700fps on this barrel. mild load and im sure theres room for more if ya want it.

Thanks for the info. Tht gives me enough data to plug into a ballistic calculator to see what kind of drop I'm looking at.

about 5 mils or 17.5moa at 600yd.

I did not have a AAC, but I had a 16.25" .223 built with a 1:8 twist, shot 77SMK and 75 Amax moly coated out to 1000. 500m was the max regular range for me and it did it very easily. I don't know the FPS but it was probably at least 2700.
