Just curious if anyone tried the new 2-12x36? Or compared it to the Nightforce NXS 2.5-10x32. There's not much out there on this scope (I know, for a three hundred dollars more, get the Nightforce, but putting that argument aside for now, I'd like some feedback from those who have seen/used this particular IOR).
I already have the covered-turret version of the IOR 2.5-10x42 FFP mounted on one AR (20" 6.8 SPC), and am very happy with it.
I'm looking to scope another AR, and might get another 2.5-10x42, but my only real beef with the 2.5-10x42 is its sheer size on an AR, so I was looking for something smaller. However, I don't want a 1-4x type scope on this AR, or I'd just get a Trijicon TR24.
