Looking at going with a tripod mounted bino and these caught my eye. Looks like they are made by Meopta, and appear to be the MeoStar HD, just in a different package. I have a set of the Meostar B1HD in 10x42 and they are really nice for the money.

Looks like they might be heavy, but I think that could be an attribute for a 15x56 anyways.

Thanks for any input.

The Meopta MeoStar B1 15x56 HD Binoculars are excellent. Scary close to the Swarovski 15x56 SLC's for much less $$$$.
We are running the Meopta MeoStar B1 15x56 HD Binoculars on sale this weekend for only $1,279.99

I picked up a pair of Cabelas/Meopta 12X50 for hunting with a tripod and they worked great. In the store comparing them to Swaro's and was impressed hard to tell the difference also payed almost that much for my12X. Just helped score at a PRS match and used my Meopta 12X50 and sometimes on Vortex 12X50's and the Meoptas were clearer.
