Received a sample of the Creedmoor Sports Die Wax recently. I gave it a try on a few cases and it seemed to work real well and wiped off easily. I usually use the Hornady Unique case lube so this is a very different consistency which I'm guessing is closer to Imperial which I have never tried.

Has anyone used both the Creedmoor and Imperial wax? Any comments on these two products?

I use both and pretty well interchangeable as far as I can tell. Works very well on every caliber i load from 6XC to 300 NM

Is creedmore any cheaper than imperial?

I have no idea, they gave me a can in one of my orders some months back. As for expense...man even imperial is a bargain. I shoot a lot relatively speaking, 5k-7k rds a year. I am 1/2 way through a tin and been using it over 2 years. A little goes a long way.

The Creedmoor brand is a little cheaper. Not that cost of either product is a major concern.

Creedmoor $8.95 @ Creedmoor Sports
Imperial $11.99 @ Midway

True a can of wax goes a long way! Just curious as I’ve always used imperial
