Looking for input from anyone using these suppressors for a 45 ACP.
Which do you like better in construction and sound and do you see much point of impact change with them?
I have narrowed down my search to these two cans for a H&K USP tactical and possibly for a Volkman I am having built.

Do a search. I wrote a mini review on the Ti-RANT 45 that I just got.

At some point you will have to look back...

Tirant = With a wet charge of 5ccs of water, the sound signature drops to 125-130 dB in 9MM (quieter than the .45)

Allowable time within 24 hours to hear your ear safe 125dbs...

82 dB 16 hrs.
85 dB 8 hrs.
88 dB 4 hrs.
91 dB 2 hrs.
94 dB 1 hr.
97 dB 30 mins.
100 dB 15 mins.
103 dB 8 mins.
106 dB 4 mins.
109 dB 2 mins.
112 dB 1 min.
115 dB 30 secs.
118 dB 15 secs.
121 dB 8 secs.
<span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">124 dB 4 secs. within a 24 hour period.</span> </span>
<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">127 dB 2 secs</span>.</span>
130 dB 1 sec.

In other words, plug up or loose your hearing.

I decided on the Tyrant.
Now all I have to decide is whether to get the 8 3/4 inch or the slightly louder but shorter 6 1/2 inch.
I am thinking the shorter one, the 45S.
