I live in AZ and right now my drink is Lagavulin which is 47% but I like the Peet taste really smoky...

Would love to taste your apple pie ... may have to take road trip ....

You have a shooting range near you?

No problem. Send me a PM and we can talk about this further...

All the recipes are pretty much the same on the net. I used one from a buddy who no longer makes it due to how many times hes felt so great the next morning....

    1 gallon Treetop Applejuice
    1/2 gallon Treetop Apple Cider
    2 cups Sugar
    5 Cinnamon sticks

Put all these in a pot and let simmer for 1.5 hours. Take off, let cool (in my case overnight), then add Everclear in the morning, and seperate into bottles. With this recipe it made the 6.5 bottles that you see before you.

    PM sent.
I wonder how it would work with some of the fresh ciders from one of the cider mills up there. The best cider I have ever had came from a little place in Yelm.
