I just ordered a 3200.com and I see that it links with a Kestrel and/or an Apple watch. I can appreciate the linking with the Kestrel, but can’t get my old head wrapped around the utility of the Apple Watch. Would the shooting process be to get wind readings with the Kestrel, range with the Leica, and the trajectory and windage solution shows up on your wrist?

I doubt it would give you the Kestral readout but the distance, Baro, Temp, and hold over via the 3200.com's internal ballistic calculator. I ASSume there's a Leica app in the Apple App Store. There may be a Kestral app, but I'm doubting it. That should hold you over until someone who actually knows chimes in. :geek:

If it only mirrors the Leica data and not the AB data it kind of defeats any advantage of linking with the Kestrel.

You're right. So I'm kinda hoping I'm wrong. Only kinda because if it does both and reads out on the watch, I'm upgrading some equipment. 😁
