Gunsmithing AR-10 Lapping tool

Hi I was wondering if there is anyone making these a buddy of mine made one at his machine shop to use on a couple of his AR-10 builds and it worked really well. He is tossing around the idea of making some more for some other people here locally but was wondering if there was a lager interest in these. It looks similar to this one that Brownells has for the AR-15. Also I am new to the site but not new to the AR world I have been on AR15.com for a while Name is 03cobra over there but have always read a lot of good info on this site as well. I am starting to get more into the bolt rifle scene now days.
