There are several very hi quality sbr uppers out there to include:

BCM
Daniel Defense
Noveske
Spikes
Rainier arms
Colt

Any of these are "best" and will work great for you. There are others too with a combination of these company's parts. I'd recommend building one yourself to get familiar with how they go together, not hard at all and you can save a little money.
