My father built this AR-15, but decided to use the lower on another project. I'm selling the upper without scope. I don't know the exact details of this upper, but I have used it several times, and its fully functional. I actually did some load development with it, and barrel is accurate I was getting consistent .4 to .53 MOA using IMR4166 w/ SMK 53's.
