Gunsmithing AR Building Guide?

Hey so I am looking for a good AR building guide or even a parts lists of the items required to do a build I know the obvious like upper/lower receiver, bolt, parts kit, barrel etc but do I need a barrel nut? I am just looking for some info before I start ordering things next week for a 6.5 creedmoor build I want to do.
