Rifle Scopes AR Scope Mount

I was thinking about getting a burris PEPR mount for my AR, but there have been some issues with them lately, or so I've read.

What other mounts for around that price would you suggest? Needs to be a 30mm, and under 70 dollars.

I remember SWFA made the SALT, but for some reason, it has been discontinued.

Just curious, what issues have you heard? Burris had some issues with the 1" in terms of manufacturing problems or so I've heard, but unsure what exactly happened. The problems caused a ~6mo backorder on all of the 1" P.E.P.R mounts but hadn't heard any issues, or seen any supply issues, with the 30MM mounts.

There was a thread on here and the mount was off centered and the scope couldn't be zeroed, ran out of windage. Maybe it's a one time deal though.

I have rock river and armalite mounts on a couple of my rifles, they work fine and are under 70$. I think both companies make them in 30mm (mine are inch).

I also have a burris pepr 30mm mount and it works fine too, my only gripe with it is that there are SIX little screws in each of the rings and I had to be very methodical when tightening them as they like to come loose on me.

The mount needs to have forward offset, I'm running an adjustable stock and the scope is a SS10x.
