AR Speed Drill suggestions ?

Does anyone have a list / recommendation for AR speed drills ?

I'm hoping to find a a list of drills and suggested par times ie V-Drill, Par-Drill, Bounce Drill, Accelerated Pairs, Plaxco Drill etc

Any others that can be tried on a square range with minimal movement allowed ?
