I had a Rise Arm. 535 in my precision lower and the "set screws" loosened, and then the trigger was double firing. It took me a while to figure that out... Didn't love that. I did like the trigger feel.

One of my favorite all around triggers is Wilson Combat's 2 stage, ~4 lbs option.

A little off-topic fellas but, I ordered a Harris Bipod M-Lok Rotating Adapter & I really like it. The Harris Bipod I have already swivels & this Rotating Adapter is awesome...
It's on an SOLGW M4 76 13.7

Being poor I look for bargains.
Two triggers I like are the MBT2S and the Schmid Inside 2S (got one @ Midway on sale for $59.99).
Unmodified they come in @ about 3.5 pounds.
The Schmid uses the same pin for trigger/Disconnector. The MBT2S uses a peened in pin for the Disconnector.
Using a Mil Spec Disconnector spring and a low power trigger spring gets the pull down close to 2 pounds.
A cut loop spring a little less.
Of the 3 springs, trigger spring gives most of the reset and the disconnector most of the 2nd stage pull force.
Here's a MBT2S that I changed springs. Had to remove pin and peen back in place.
This is for slow fire prone.
Oh well, video won't link.

Just got a CMC 3.5 curved single stage (very nice trigger so far) from aim surplus for 100$ and a Triggertech duty from Primary arms for 99$ (waiting for).

I've been using Velocity triggers with a 4 pound pull along with POF triggers and I find them very similar single stage triggers with a crisp break and short, positive reset, zero complaints. I don't think I've ever Velocity triggers on sale but they're reasonably priced IMO and you can get them in several pull weights. If I remember correctly, he worked at Timney prior to starting his own company. Just ordered a Geissele SSA on sale for the Spear LT so we'll see how it compares. The hype better be real.

Promo code TRIGGERED at Brownells and that triggertech is $160 shipped. Couldn’t pass it up.
Just ordered one myself… I got the promo price, and an additional 10% off with the ‘triggered’ code.

I added a couple boxes of berger bullets and got the free shipping for orders over $149 added, and it also applied the 10% discount to my entire order. Nice!
