AR10 loading

I load now for my M1A, 41.5 IMR 4895. I realize there are only certain loads you need to use for the correct port psi in this platform. Is this only true for the M1A or does it also apply to the AR10?

The M1A has an OP rod=low pressure loadings
AR-10= no OP rod, load normally (slightly less then bolt gun loadings)
Read sierras "loading for gas guns" alot of info there.

I have personally used Varget, BL-C 2, 8208XBR, and RL 15 in my AR10T. With each powder I started low and worked slowly increased my charge. I still have not had a FTF or FTE due to not enough gas pressure.
