Suppressors AR15 7.62x39 piston conversion suppressed???

I have an AR15 in 7.62x39 that I have been trying to run suppressed and it's still too loud with all the gases coming out the side. What are your thoughts on using an Adam's piston kit on my AR to use in suppressed mode when using the suppressor? I know my POF 308 is very quiet in suppressed mode with the gas system set to suppressed.

Just wanted some insight from those that have probably done this before I drop some bucks and start tearing the gun down.

I like the adams arms piston setup for suppressor use works well with 5.56

My plans where to get the spikes tactical version of the adams arms since it's only $200 bucks. Just wanted to get an idea how well it worked suppressed compared to straight DI and an adjustable gas block.
