AR15 Handle mount to Co-Witness with holo sight

I recently bought a Sightmark Ultra Shot Pro Spec Reflex Sight with QD mount SM14002. Waiting to get an Eotech later. Anyways I was looking into getting a carry handle mount so I could co-witness it with my iron sights. My AR is a RRA Entry Tactical with the carry handle with A2 rear iron sight. I have a couple of questions:

- A mount I was looking at is below. Are then any others you would recommend?:

- How well do you think co-witnessing a holo sight will work with this set up?

- I think I would like to keep the carry handle, but should I just remove the carry handle and put a flip up rear sight and mount the holo sight on the top rail and be done with it?

Does your rifle have a flat top upper?

If so, why not remove the carry handle, buy a decent set of BUIS, and mount your red dot to the upper?

If you have an A2 upper, I don't know what to tell you. I haven't had a lot of luck with carry handle mounts.
