AR500 build ideas

Looking for ideas for things to make besides just plain targets I have access to quite a few 4’x15’ pieces of 3/8” AR500.

I am a welder and have a torch and plasma cutter. No waterjet though. Not the best, but plasma would be the least heat.

So just post up your projects.

Life size critter silhouettes.

I’ve always wanted to do an elk sized silhouette to set at extended ranges. It would be heavy as hell though.

We put a life size deer target in the pasture at my father in law’s place. It’s 700 yards from the driveway to the back and a lot of no dial off the hood of the truck practice gets conducted. The kids like shooting it with 22s.

A heavy duty bullet trap would be neat. Always thought about building one that would hold a contractor bag of water so I could test expansion at distance.
