I’m looking for a light weight shooting bag that has an arca plate, or threaded hole that I can screw an arca plate onto the bottom. I would like a v shape for use with round forends on my AR’s. The use is for predator hunting with a tripod. A couple weeks ago while out chasing coyotes I had one run in from the opposite direction I was setup and not expecting and don’t want my rifle clamped onto the tripod.
I have one of the precision rifle saddles but it’s too big to be stable with the round forends, I think a v shape would do better.
