Not based on my experience, only lower magnification or cooler temps. If you're referring to barrel mirage, there are ways to help mitigate such as a suppressor cover but an ARD has never helped me in dealing with mirage of either type.
For downrange mirage lower magnification and better weather are your only hopes.
Well better glass can deal with it better but ultimately there is nothing you can do at the rifle when the light is getting bent down range before it gets to you.
