Are All Winchester Primers Considered Magnum?

So in my search for Large Pistol Magnum Primers, I have learned that Winchester primers are considered to be magnums. Sound about right?

Nope, not that im aware of. Are you meaning cup dimensions or brisance?

Winchester only offers one type of large pistol primer, and it's used in both standard and magnum loads.

For large pistol the cup is hard and thick enough to handle magnum pressures. In small pistol they make a magnum primer. The brisance is probably the same.
