Only AJ's gray suit pic is worth a shit, the rest are so bad, the cornfield crows are still rolling laughing... I'm beginning to think I need to get a vet to check them out. Some of them passed out laughing so hard they couldn't catch a breath....
My sister in drag for the prom looked better'n that, and we still had to pay the town drunk to take her, and he was passed out, she had to drive...

Since the latest batch are millennials, they might not be worth a shit when they try to act. Since there is no real studio system any more, a bunch of real hotties probably drop out, get married off or knocked up before they can get any notable roles.

Hollywood equals nepotism. If your parents were big wheels you get the part. No talent left either. Good movies haha. Hollywierd is just a bunch of rich people telling each other how beautiful and smart they are and the media spreading their delusions nationwide.
I don't think it's nepotism really, it's just when you have Hollywood parents that will support you until you make it, ins with the right agents, acting coaches, make-up artists, fashion consultants and plastic surgeons, the odds are in your favor.

Most of the women in the photos wouldn't even make the first cut if I were picking the best looking women in the entertainment industry. I think on average the women are probably just as good looking as they have ever been, if not more so because of advancements in plastic surgery, implants, cosmetics, lighting and other looks enhancing techniques. The gene pool from which women come really hasn't changed all that much, although the preferences of the people telling us what we should like has probably changed.
Today, there are far more homosexuals that are telling us what we should like about women. Fashion designers are by and large homosexuals, and I have yet to figure out why someone who doesn't want sex with a female should be telling me what I should find attractive. An example is the twiggy, skinny, almost shapeless women that look more like a 6 foot tall 14 year old boy than a curvy woman like Marlyn Monroe, Raquel Welch, etc.

Yup, its definitely who you know. I worked with the entertainment industry for the better part of 10 years (Getty, WireImage, etc). Makeup and camera lighting/filters can hide outward flaws, but most Hollywood actresses are more ugly on the inside.
I feel sorry for all the good talented actors, scriptwriters, etc. that can't get a break because Hollywood has to regurgitate old movies/TV shows and because of name recognition, won't allow anyone else to get their break.
