Are my Mark II bases drilled off center?

I was just wondering if my bases were drilled off center because I knew there has been reports of the Savage Mark II having some issues of this. I am using a Vortex Crossfire 6-24x50 1in tube. When I counted the adjustments from my 50 yd zero I have
32 MOA up
31 1/4 MOA down
27 3/4 MOA right
36 MOA left

Is this normal? What are yours?
Now I do feel I need to say this gun is incredibly accurate and the scope adjustments are right on par with what they should be and the adjustments are repeatable.

The way to check if the holes are off are to zero at say 25 and then shoot at 50 - assuming a low or no wind day, if you have to make left/right adjustments as well as elevation to get POA and POI to intersect then they are off.

At those distances I wouldn't see any difference in point of impact
