Rifle Scopes Are the mark 4hd canted reticles a problem or few & far between?

I’m looking to glass a 18” gas gun and with .mil discount, the pr2 mark 4hd 4.5-18 is a very, very tempting price.
I’ve read a few pages on different sites about people having canted reticles. Is this something plaguing the majority of them or no?

It was a problem with the old mk4s in the late 2000’s. Is that what’s coming up or is it also with the newer HD series stuff too?

I saw a few posts regarding the problem when I first got my 2.5-10 about a year ago, but haven't seen or heard anything recently.
