Are these really Mi-Spec M80 projectiles?

Take a look at these bullets on the widners site.
Are these really Mil-Spec M80 bullets?
They are listed at 145 gr. FMJBT.
I thought M80 bullets where 147 gr non BT.

So is M80 a good choice for a AR10A4 for plinking?
