Lowlight posted about this last week. I can only imagine how stupid the show could be. Something like my the "My first sniper shot" article. I hope they choose some good people to steer it away form that.

I miss Top Shot though. They tried to turn it into a reality show with a bunch fucktards fighting and conspiring against each other. The problem was, too many people with real integrity competing, and wanting to win by actually winning. Rather than by any means necessary.

I still don't get how they want to recreate fantastic/historic shots or some shit.

I have a weird feeling that they'll quickly be well into a Hathcock scope headshot and there will be an entire episode dedicated to secret squirrels trying to shoot a 50 at a 'taliban machine gunner' at 2000m.

Add in a plethora of bullshit hype, tactical talk, acronyms and a total over-exaggeration of basically everything and this will go just like how you think it will.

No. To both myself being a good LR shooter (hey, just being honest with myself ), AND most likely to the show. No cable here (just the interwebz and NetFlix/Amazon Prime), so probably be a good while before I ever see it, but history doesn’t work in their favor, I’m afraid...

I'm just hoping it's somewhat watchable and doesn't turn bolt guns into tactical sniper rifles the left will HAVE to ban. For our own safety of course.
