Unfortunately the majority of them are wet shit holes that would probably cost as much to rehab into something useful as their original price. Which is why the only developed one is priced at an attractive $2.3 million. Yeah they cost an ass load to build and maintain. But that cost and use is an apple to oranges comparison to what ever they could now be used for.

Actually that one is quite a bargain compared to the ones they were showing on an episode of Ventura's Conspiracy Theory. I think they were charging that for just one little apartment.

Ignoring the bunker, that property is nice and has an airstrip. There are a lot of places where you could get a crappier deal for 2 mil. The silo aspect is just a bonus, if that appeals to you. Maybe you could make it into a club/hotel kinda deal. I understand land you can work and defend. I don't understand stockpiling an underground panic room. The chance of having the particular emergency where that is the only solution is like the square of having one where it's just SHTF.

Cool place though. If I had 2 mill I'd consider making it a recording studio and name it something to do with zombies or nukes. Plutonium Records will make you go double platinum baby.

I would hope it could survive a direct hit from a nuke. I imagine that these have been on a Russian target list for 50 years, especially the titan missle silo. Although zombies will not likely have the capability to launch ICBMs. Or else we are really in trouble.
