Night Vision Armasight Vulcan

Well it might be a gen2 ... and depends on your expectations as to whether its worth it ...

Even gen2s are usable with an full time illuminator ... but FLIR CS is an entity we don't hear much good about ... so if it was me I would hesitate. Not that there was anything wrong with the ARmasight gear back in the day ... 4-5 years ago ... when Armsight was at its peak ... but If I really wanted an NV scope, I'd be looking for a PVS-17c ... :)

If I just wanted to night hunt ... I'd look at a pulsar trail ...

It states Gen3, and I have some knowledge with the older units of 4-5 years ago.

I can imagine paired with a decent illuminator it would be a good option possibly.

Maybe first call FLIR and ask them if they will repair it if it breaks ? Not talking about warranty, just asking if they will even work on it!

Not really worried about it breaking, my armasight predator has taken some bashes and I even took the whole thing apart once and it still works. More interested in the Image quality, would it be on Par with a PVs14 or slightly better because of a larger lens
