Around 56 seconds in. Listen to the emphasis she puts on the word GUN. She does it more than once, wants to make sure you know who the real criminal and cause of this is. No bias.
The kids that were shot were 11 & 13 years old; they were ARMED. They then crashed/trashed that stolen SUV; had already done another armed car-jacking.
Yet another example of why I don't have any sympathy for "kids" these days...

Not sure of the ages of those shot but 4 involved 11-16 They train kids to do this shit. The vehicle they were in was the one stolen the weekend before.
Yep, they likely got the guns breaking into cars. Thats why you don’t leave guns in your car or rock stickers on your windows… that shits like advertising.
Yes because minors don't usually get adult sentences. Here in Arizona the mexicans use teenagers to do all sorts of crazy stuff. There was a 15 year old who was doing actual paid hits for a cartel.
It really depends on which section of the area you are in. What people consider New Orleans consists of a bunch of different areas, New Orleans East, Kenner, Metairie, Chalmette..ete. While New Orleans Proper is 59% black, It depends on where you are. The area this shooting happened was north of the High Rise, just west of the Industrial canal, which is dark green. I'd like to add the Hispanic population there boomed after Katrina. Many of the migrant storm work chasers moved there and never left.
