ARMS # 18 Mount.....Which lock rings???

Hi,
I'm setting one of my M14's up with this mount and I'm trying to find the best lock lever rings to go with it because I'm an iron sight shooter at heart and want the option of removing the scope if need be. I know about the ARMS #22 rings but have read different reports about them! Are there any better working rings out there for this application? Tally? Thanks!

I ran the arms 22 rings on an arms18 mountwith no issues.
