Armtech rifles?

anyone heard of them? Found one on gunbroker and it looks really nice, but cannot find anything on the maker? any help would be appreciated.

I'm somewhat familiar with the Armtech rifles, but have never seen one in an F-Class stock. I think this is one of the two lug actions, but not certain.

The Gaulin brothers manufactured these rifles in Quebec, and all the barrels I've seen were made by Ted Gaillard in Saskatchewan.
