Does anyone have a step by step process of how to go about setting the zero stop on a NF ATACR to 0.5 mil below a 100m zero...?

Super easy to do but just be gentle. If you have your 100m zero set on your rifle then you remove the indicator cap to expose the clutch/zero stop systyem. The newer ones have 4 screws holding the upper clutch in place. Loosen those screws 1-1.5 turns and then turn the upper clutch clockwise until it makes contact with the lower clutch. Back it off counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn and you should be pretty close. Tighten everything back down.

Make sure you only tighten those 4 clutch screws to 2 in/lbs or you will lock up that clutch for future adjustments.

Otherwise phlegm's technique is the other easy way to do it.

1) Zero the scope

2) Dial down .5mil.

3) Set ZeroStop clutch per instructions.

4) Re-install dial at .5mil below zero.

5) Win.

Boom.

If you’re already zeroed and have the ZS set:

-pop off the cap
-loosen the set screws
-move the clutch away from the stop
-tighten the screws
-replace the cap
-dial down however much you want
-go through the procedure to set the ZS

wouldn't that make it so when you turned it all the way back to stop, its no longer at zero but .5mil under?
