The fact that we even have an SBR law is absolutely absurd. The fact suppressors are regulated and treated as "firearms" under the NFA despite them having absolutely ZERO ability to even fire a single round of ammunition by themselves, is also beyond stupid. The fact the Hughes Amendment still exists when we had the White House for 4 years, along with 2 years of a Senate and House majority, and NOTHING pro-gun was passed is an outrage. And last, but most certainly not least...The fact WE THE PEOPLE have allowed this current clown car freakshow of an administration to get this far pushing gun control is beyond reprehensible.

Obviously these two definitions intersect, a 16" barrel qualifies for both, so either the Law, or the stupid cartoon, is logically broken.
