Suppressors ATF

Re: ATF

You have a couple of options. You did call the ATF and ask them yourself? The number is (304)616-4500. Give the name and serial number on the form and they should be able to tell you the status. If they do not have it, then you can cancel the check (you did not use a money order right?) and send in another batch of forms. Or you can continue to wait.

I read about one guy who had waited many months, then got fed up and called his Senator. The Senator made a few phone calls and suddenly the paperwork was no longer lost. Even an anti-gun Senator might be interested in how your tax checks are not being cashed by the BATFE.

Re: ATF

What a joke, these guys cannot keep track of suppressor paperwork, i cringe @ the thought of them trying to keep track of my healthcare paperwork!!! Seriously, how often do you pay someone to do a job, and you see your check or $$$ get cashed within the first 5days, and then end up waiting 2-??? months befor the job is finished, must be a gov thing, (end of rant) sorry to hear about the loss, I would ask them to process the form4 and leave your check where its @, shredded in the garbage somewhere.

Hang in there....did they give any indication that they would fast track your application?
