How does this color compare to typical FDE shades? I've only seen this color in highly varied pictures. Thanks.

You know, I’m not entirely sure how to give you a good description of that. Is there a particular shade you’re familiar with? If I have it, could take a picture of it next to the scope for you. I think it’s a very cool shade of bronze, but that description probably doesn’t help you much.

It’s lighter, more yellow, and less faintly purple than Vortex‘s razor line. Has a little more of a golden undertone than your typical bronze cerakote, in my opinion. Otherwise, I could take a picture with it in front of an OD green Pelican, next to a razor scope, next to an FDE MDT chassis… I’m not sure what else. Let me know if you’re interested in it and you want to see some comparisons.

A pic against a typical FDE cerakote (like the MDT chassis) and/or a Magpul FDE something would be a great comparison. I know it's a unique color, and am wondering how it would match my existing rifle(s). Thanks.

Here’s the scope next to that FDE Cerakote and a vortex razor gen ii. The one comment I would make (and I know it will only be MORE confusing) is that in person, the scope looks darker and less of a mustard color.

Hope that helps.

This thing is in great condition, glass is immaculate, I'm including covers and lever, and I dropped the price again. Who's getting the deal?

You wouldn't happen to have the sunshade too, would you?
