Rifle Scopes Athlon Midas vs Argos

Just bought a New 6.5 and am wanting to work my towards the 1000 yard club. Really impressed with some Athlon scopes I’ve held but am unsure of which model to get. Looking for a 6-24x50. I held the Midas at Cabela’s and it was super clear. How is the Argos in comparison? Pros and cons? Thanks!

The Midas BTR G2 is a SFP scope, but the Midas TAC line are FFP scopes. Argos is SFP and Argos BTR is FFP. Just so there is no confusion.

The Midas TAC's are exceedingly good scopes and worth the extra money. The Argos BTR G2's are good scopes, just less refined.

Pretty sure I held the Midas tac. Think I’m gonna go with that one, was super impressed with the turrets and clarity. Might put an Argos on a diff build later.
