Attaching a pdf

Hi all,

I could swear that I used to be able to attach pdfs. I am trying to do so to an old resource post of mine. When I click on the attach file button, it won't let me select pdfs....only picture files are available for selection.

Am I delusional with respect to being able to attach pdfs?

Ive saved them to my desk top and have attached them before.....been a while but it used to work.
