Auto trickler help!!!

So I got my scale and everything preset from CE and I'm trying to use it and it wont save the info to send to the trickler. I looked at the circuit board and there are no lights on when everything is plugged in. Can anyone help?

Are you trying to set the charge weight?

Yes. But its acting like there is no power to the trickler. And the start button doesnt make the charge weight flash 2 times

Contact [email protected] for directions on the jumper cable.

The manual doesn't include the directions regarding the jumper cable but it seems like in your case you'll need it.

Edited to add: There was a batch that had bad electronics. Look on the underside of the board and see if the "MH" symbol is there. If the symbol isn't there, it's possibly one of the affected units.
