Autotrickler V3 - Won't Throw

Purchased a used V3 from the hide. Kit arrived and the scale had a broken motor lever. Had to purchase a replacement and got it setup. After charging 30 rounds the throw stopped cycling. It begins to engage but doesn't spin the small sprocket on the left. Anyone had this issue before? I didn't want to open the machine and start troubleshooting blind. I'm awaiting a response from Adam and hopeful this is a simple fix. I've been fighting this unit since purchasing at the start of the year. Help is appreciated.V3 stuck

Am I able to switch the cables from the trickler to the throw to confirm?

I had the same issue, turned out it was the motor.

I'm thinking it's as notated above. I'm switching cables to confirm but even the replacement cable lists my problem as a cause so I'm hopeful it's that simple.

The cable allows the unit to cycle now. My throw is stuck at the top however. Vibrates hard when you plug it in then moves to the top/open. Doesn't return to start

Did you inspect cables / connectors for cracks? The tines on those cables brake / crack real easy and casue those issues. If it is not cables it is likely the motor. But cables are the most likely issue.

I've got a cable on order already and requested to add a motor too. This thing has been a pita since arriving.

The second video kind of looks like it's running backwards. Not sure how that could happen but if you leave it at the top does it cycle?

Remove the belt and see if the motor is running correctly. It should spin counter clockwise first, then clockwise.
